Bold lipstick = not much other make up??

If you want to wear like red lipstick, should you not have much eye make up on for example?


And what 'sort' of face do you need to pull off red lipstick?Bold lipstick = not much other make up??
I'm personally not a fan of bold lips with bold eyes, although red lips with a smokey eye is a classic look for a formal event! (Think red carpet looks!)





Eyeliner and mascara will be fine with red lips; just don't pile on the eyeliner. I'd recommend using a softer color like brown or grey instead of black, or applying black eyeliner very thinly. Also try lining only the outer 1/3 of your lower lid instead of the whole lower lid -- this will help make your eyes look bigger and your eyeliner will look less harsh!

yes its either ur eyes or lips....if you wanna go for bolder lips then don't wear too much make up on eyes.....red looks good on everyone but there are different shades in red....usually on magazines they show what kinda red you should for with the type of skin color you have.....
