If u never use a stick of lipstick or any other make-up, do u still have 2 throw it out after a while?

i have some stuff that i bought %26amp; still havent used them (maybe once), like lipsticks %26amp; mascara. do i still have 2 throw them out after the expiry date even though they havent been used?If u never use a stick of lipstick or any other make-up, do u still have 2 throw it out after a while?
Lipsticks should be fine, but if they start to have a funny smell, throw it out. Once its been opened, mascara should be changed about every 6 months or less.If u never use a stick of lipstick or any other make-up, do u still have 2 throw it out after a while?
yes. that's why it has an expiry date. you're supposed to replace mascara ever 2-3 months and lipstick ever 6.


the reason is so that bacteria and all that good stuff doesn't completely infest it.

Lipstick, no. Mascara dries out, so yes on that. And foundation gets all cakey after a while, so throw that out.
