My prom dress is purple eggplant too :). I think gold would be great with your colouring and it looks lovely with purple, it looks very elegant. Try either a deep gold shimmering eyeshadow on your lids, or line your eyes first with a bronze or black liquid eyeliner and then add the shadow. For lipstick, nude or just a sheer gloss would be good so your eyes get all the attention. Have a great time :)My prom is one week away!
