What is the best lipstick brand to use?

I am using maybelline right now and I hate it. it dries up and leaves this hideous chalky crap. ugh. frustrated. so I was wondering what brand of lipstick I should actually go for that looks nice and will stay on for a while but you can wash away with just water and not have to deal with make up cleansers.What is the best lipstick brand to use?
I like MAC's lipsticks, Neutrogena, and L'Oreal.

The best lipsticks I have ever used are Bee Luscious Cosmetics, I love the Micro bubbles and Luxury lipsticks they are amazing.
Maybelline doesn't have too many great lipsticks. They have more lipglossy types of lipsticks. I'd suggest Tripple Stay on lipstick from Covergirl. It comes in many different colors. It last on 3x longer than many other brands lipsticks. And its the same price as Maybelline.

i love this lipstick it's like the best thing i've ever tried. it moisturizes and looks just like lip gloss but it's a stick and it's super shiny and not sticky plus it's only $6!
